On April 6 at 11 am, head to Centennial Plaza for a meaningful Memorial Flag-Raising Ceremony honoring Dave Monro, U.S. Army. Expect patriotic music, a wreath laying, and the Wake Forest Fire Department Honor Guard raising both the American flag and his service flag—flying all month long. It’s quiet, powerful, and open to all.
