Gather ‘round—Vidrio is hosting a Chef’s Table Dinner & Wine Series on Wednesday, January 28 at 6:00 PM, and it’s shaping up to be a delicious winter escape. Executive Chef Roberto Barth presents a five-course tasting inspired by Southern France, using seasonal North Carolina ingredients (hello, tuna crudo and brown-buttered flounder). Communal seating, wine pairings included, $99 per person, and limited seats—this one will sell out.
