June 20 — A Brewery Hosting a Neighborhood Yard Sale
Yard sales are usually something you stumble across while driving through a neighborhood. Southern Peak Brewery is bringing the concept directly to the taproom with its first-ever Neighborhood Yard Sale on June 20 from 2 PM to 5 PM.
The event will feature an eclectic mix of items from members of the community, along with brewery merchandise and taproom finds from Southern Peak itself. That means the inventory is likely to be a little unpredictable, which is arguably part of the appeal. The best yard sale discoveries are rarely the things you planned to find.
The event also offers a slightly different reason to visit than the usual brewery gathering. Instead of trivia, live music, or a food truck lineup, this one is built around browsing, treasure hunting, and seeing what turns up.
Southern Peak hopes it becomes a new neighborhood tradition in Apex, and June 20 will be the first test run.

Amedeo’s is where Raleigh locals go for hearty Italian dishes served with a side of Wolfpack pride. The walls are a shrine to NC State history, and the lasagna tastes like it’s been perfected over decades—because it has. It’s not flashy, but it’s the kind of place that feels like home the minute you walk in.
