The International Festival returns August 29 at Theatre Raleigh with a completely reimagined format. Instead of the traditional food-booth setup, this year’s event is an immersive cultural show featuring Spanish Flamenco, Brazilian Samba, Hawaiian Hula, Chinese lion dancing, Bollywood dance, African drumming and dance, Middle Eastern belly dancing, and more. Admission includes international food and small bites, one drink ticket, cultural activities, and access to an International Bazaar filled with artisan goods, gifts, and cultural finds.

A Taco Spot That’s Doing Something Different
Every city has plenty of taco places. Most of them start blending together after a while. Wong’s Tacos seems more interested in experimenting a little.

It’s the kind of place that stands out just enough to make people curious without trying too hard about it. Even if you normally stick to the same few orders everywhere you go, Wong’s Tacos feels like an easy way to shake up the usual lunch or dinner routine a bit.
