On November 8, Raleigh hosts its very first Oyster Fest — pairing six top local chefs with six North Carolina oyster farms for a day of coastal creativity and friendly competition. Each duo will craft five unique oyster dishes, and you get to vote for your favorite. Proceeds benefit Frankie Lemmon School and the NC Coastal Federation, so every bite does good.
