Raleigh Greek Festival Serves Up Flavor, Dancing, and Dolmathes

Opa! The Raleigh Greek Festival returns from Friday, May 30 to Sunday, June 1, with a full-on Mediterranean takeover at the NC State Fairgrounds’ Jim Graham Building. Friday night (5–10pm), Saturday (11am–10pm), and Sunday (11am–6pm) are packed with sizzling souvlaki, live music from Nick Trivelas and the Aegeans, and traditional Greek dancing performed by youth and adult troupes from Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church.
Chef Spiros from Taverna Agora will also be on-site with cooking demos—expect dolmades, spanakopita, and maybe a few secrets from grandma’s recipe book. Check out the full festival flyer, including the mouthwatering menu.
