Raleigh Fringe Festival is back July 10–13 at Theatre Raleigh, bringing 14 offbeat performances, street buskers, a burlesque cabaret, improv chaos, toddler-friendly theater, a reality show spoof, and even a magic lantern phantasmagoria (say that five times fast).
