Burial is marking seven hard-earned years with a seven-course grain-to-glass beer dinner on Wednesday, January 21 at 6 PM. Each course nods to the Carolina harvest—think oysters three ways, pulpo, tri tip, duck with lingonberries, and a smoked pecan pie finale—paired with limited ANNO releases. The evening unfolds inside the Transfer Co Ballroom, accessed through the Burial Raleigh Taproom, and it’s very much a sit-down-and-savor kind of night.
