October 9 — Free Wine and Chicken Pie Tasting
Wine and homemade chicken pie may not be the most obvious pairing, but Taylor’s Wine Shop is bringing the two together for a free Friday evening tasting.
On Friday, October 9, from 5:30 PM to 7 PM, Taylor’s will host Sip, Savor, and Sample, featuring complimentary chicken pie samples from MawMaw’s Chicken Pies alongside a free wine tasting from Uroz Beverage.
Julia, owner of MawMaw’s Chicken Pies, will be there serving samples of her homemade pies, while Uroz Beverage owner Antoni Uroz will lead the wine side of the evening. It’s a chance to try the two together, meet the people behind both businesses, and perhaps discover a new favorite along the way.
No reservations are required, so you can simply stop by during the tasting. If you’re driving, Taylor’s asks visitors to park in the little white church lot.
