Wednesdays — Try Acro Yoga at Pullen Park
If you've ever been curious about Acro Yoga but weren't sure where to start, this weekly gathering is designed to make it approachable.
Every Wednesday from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, participants meet at Pullen Park for a free Acro Yoga session that's open to all experience levels, including complete beginners. Acro Yoga combines elements of yoga and acrobatics, creating a practice that's equal parts balance, movement, and teamwork.
The only things you'll need to bring are a yoga mat or towel and a water bottle. Whether you're hoping to learn something new or simply spend an evening moving outdoors, the class offers a relaxed way to give Acro Yoga a try.
