Pack a blanket, a comfy chair, and your favorite movie crew for an outdoor showing of Finding Nemo on July 17 from 8:30 PM to 10:10 PM at the Great Lawn Pavilion. Food trucks will be on site, so you can grab dinner before settling in for Marlin and Dory's unforgettable underwater adventure. Arrive a little early to claim a great spot before the movie begins.

July 9 — Climb, Explore, and Touch the Trucks
For plenty of kids, seeing a fire truck isn't enough—they want to climb inside and get a closer look. That's exactly what Little Fentonians' Touch-a-Truck event is all about.
The free event takes place on July 9 from 10 AM to 12 PM at Fenton in Cary. Families can explore a real Cary Fire Department fire engine, meet officers from the Cary Police Department, and hop aboard a kid-sized trackless fire truck for a ride along Main Street.
Touch-a-Truck events have a way of turning everyday vehicles into the highlight of the day, especially for children who are fascinated by big wheels, flashing lights, and the people who operate them. Fenton asks that families RSVP in advance to help with planning.
Sometimes the simplest events are the ones kids talk about long after they're over.
