The State Farmers Market transforms into a Korean street feast on November 1–2 (10AM–4PM), serving everything from sizzling bulgogi and bibimbap to crispy fried chicken and fluffy bingsu. Saturday brings live folk performances, and Sunday switches gears with high-energy K-pop, dancing, and plenty of reasons to pretend you “just need one more bite for research.” Expect bold flavors, long lines for all the good stuff, and very little regret.
