They’ll be happily busy with crafts and activities while you lounge on a blanket and soak up the scene. It’s the perfect sendoff to summer—laid-back, lively, and free.

It is not hidden, but it is a favorite of mine. Shelley Lake, with the greenway running all the way around it, is a marvelous place. There is a place for fishing. There are many geese and ducks on the lake. There are deer all around the lake on the sidelines. The deer do not seem to be afraid of the runners/walkers going around the lake. The geese and ducks and little ducklings are very entertaining.
