The Brier Creek Food Truck Festival is back on Sunday, May 17, bringing more than 50 food trucks to the Brier Creek Corporate Center for a full evening of snacks, sweets, live music, and family fun. Expect everything from global flavors and local desserts to art vendors, cold drinks from Carolina Brewing Co., and a kids’ zone packed with games, face painting, and bounce houses.
The festival runs from 5–8 PM behind Brier Creek Commons, and admission is free. Bring a lawn chair, your appetite, and maybe a little extra room for dessert.
